A blend adapted from Chef Sameh Wadi's mother's recipe, used at Saffron Restaurant & Lounge as a marinade for chicken. 24 rich spices including sumac, saffron, cardamom and bay leaves are combined for a wonderful aroma and taste, with a slightly tangy flavor and an earthy aroma. Great on: chicken, lamb, veal, pork and vegetables.
